CA Meghnath Mitra is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 20 years of post qualification experience spanning in practice.

He is also having a master degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. In the year 2007 he has acquired diploma in System Audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Major areas of experience in practice have been in Audit, Accounts, Internal Audit, Consultancy in both Direct and Indirect Tax, Finance, Corporate Planning, Compliance, in reputed companies in India and also attended seminars/ training program in different part of India and abroad in Finance/Audit/Banking related areas.

Major thrust in Practice has been in the areas of Audit, Taxation, company law matters and management consultancy. He is also a Registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India as an Insolvency Professional.

CA SOUMENDRA PODDER

CA Soumendra Podder is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 34 years of post qualification experience spanning in both Industry and in practice.

He is also having a degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Calcutta. He has acquired diploma in System Audit( DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
